requires attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong process knowledge while reviewing and processing insurance claims. I enjoy the responsibility as it requires accuracy and accountability, which keeps me motivated to perform consistently.
Spending my first salary to buy gifts and paying all the bills for the family made me feel euphoric, as it was the first time I contributed financially.”

“I am an Optometrist at Garnett Memorial Eye Hospital and carry out ocular health assessments. Interacting with and handling patients gives me immense joy. Communicating with strangers confidently comes easily to me, as I was a school tour guide at Isha Vidhya.
Besides saving some of my first salary, I bought my parents clothes and gifted my mother a mobile phone. Earning has taught me to spend money wisely.”

“I am a System Engineer at Demeter Systems Private Limited. I work in automation and development, and test automation machines with LabVIEW software. Coding and attending to debugging issues while testing machines keeps me on my toes and helps me continuously improve my technical skills.
I had planned to donate my first salary to Isha Vidhya, but it couldn’t happen then, so I donated it later on my birthday.”
